Employees of the Department for operations with Chamber members conduct consultations on issues of Chamber’s activity for entrepreneurs taking a decision to join the Chamber. You can contact the Department in order to get to know about those opportunities and advantages, which your company just gets. The Department is maintaining the database of organisations being the Chamber members and is dealing with the execution of applications for registration of a trademark (service mark) in the Russian Federation. The Department prepares reference and informational publications about Chamber members for printing, facilitates companies in the arrangement of workshops, presentations, business events. The Department is implementing the Program “Chamber members for Chamber members”.

• Consultations for entrepreneurs on issues of the Chamber's activities.
• Registration of Chamber members and keeping a database on Chamber member organizations.
• Publication of reference books and information releases on Chamber members.
• Providing information to Chamber members relating to the Chamber’s work.
• Organization of work on implementation of the “Chamber members for Chamber members” program.
• Providing for the operation of sections, committees, commissions, work groups, and other public institutions established by the Chamber.
• Organization of opinion exchange between organizations in order to establish proposals and recommendations on topical issues and problems of their activity development.
• Organization and implementation of events together with RF CCI.
• Implementation of events in the framework of cooperation with Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
• Organizational and administrative assistance to development of the SPb CCI local structure.
• Participation in tenders held by the Government of St. Petersburg.
• Accreditation of representative offices of foreign companies at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the
  Russian Federation and making their registration in the Consolidated State Register of the State Registration Chamber of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
• Accreditation of foreign firms branches at the FGU (Federal State Entity) ‘State Registration Chamber at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation’.
• Organization and holding of business meetings, presentations, seminars and round table discussions.
• Organization of business delegations.
• Mailing information and advertising materials on individual requests.
• Running RF CCI project – the contest National Award of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Entrepreneurship ‘Golden Mercury’.
• Consultation on trademark registration issues.
• Filing applications for trademark (service mark) registration in the Russian Federation.
• Preliminary investigation of trademark similarity.
• Presentation of Russian entities for entering them to the United All-Russian Register of companies and entrepreneurs whose financial and economic situation proves their reliability as partners for business in the Russian Federation and abroad.
