The SPb CCI Voluntary Certification Centre offers certification of products and services, which can be subject or not subject to compulsory certification, in the SPb CCI ProfiExpert Centre voluntary certification system (PEC System). The system was registered by the Federal Agency on Technical Administration and Metrology (Certificate No. РОСС RU. Б264.04ПЦ00).
Voluntary certification of products (services) is an important factor in raising competitiveness in the contemporary context. Voluntary certification allows: - to confirm the quality of a product (service) at export/import;
- to evaluate a product (service) properly while participating in tenders and contests;
- to certify products for compliance with ISO international standards while t exporting or importing;
- to attract new buyers by expanding sale markets;
- to raise competitiveness as Russia joins WTO, and many other benefits.
Voluntary certification is being made on a serial yield or lot of Russian-made goods or for a lot of imported goods. Voluntary Certification in PEС System offers advantages: - Service to determine the quality of products is certified according to ISO 9001-2000 and the national standard GOST R ISO 9001-2001 Certification Association «Russian Register»;
- St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce's right to provide services for the evaluation of the quality of goods defined by the Law of the Russian Federation «On the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Russian Federation»;
- Certification is conducted by highly qualified experts, certified in the «CCI Expert» System of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation;
- Trust in the name of St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and therefore the recognition of certificates of St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry as in the Russian regions and abroad.
