The Chamber takes an active part in the implementation of various socially significant projects and programs. Competitions, charitable actions and events are conducted under patronage of Saint-Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The most important part of the company’s social responsibility to the society is charity. Within the framework of social programs, SPb CCI renders charitable aid to public organisations, children’s homes, veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The principles of humanism and charity in everyday life are important for us. And though the amounts of donations are not so high, we are sure that the social aid being rendered is of target-oriented and address character. SPb CCI takes part in the organisation of charitable action on the erection of a monument to the great Russia opera singer B.T. Shtokolov. The Chamber has taken part in financing of a charitable event in the Children’s City Hospital No.1 within the framework of the Parent’s day Program with participation of circus performers.
